Postage Costs
Postage to any UK mainland address is free of charge. We do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK mainland
All our products are dispatched by courier and will require a signature as proof of delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel during business hours (we are unable to specify a time).
Standard delivery times
Typically order times from the date the order is placed to the final delivery of Christmas Cards are 5 to 15 business days. However if you have a tight deadline let us know and we may be able to priortise your order.
Cancellations/Refunds
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to the cards going into print. It is not possible to cancel an order once the proofs have been created and the order is with the printers for completion.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of all our christmas cards. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will either reprint or refund the cost of any purchase in you notify us within 21 days of the order being dispatched. In the case of a refund we will require the complete christmas card order to be returned to us in full.
