Subject : Ordering Process
Q1 - How can I place an order with you?
Orders can be placed either by phone, by email
or online through our website.
On-line : The easiest and most convenient way
for most of our customers to purchase their Christmas cards is online.
Simply select the required design and enter the personalisation details and then add them to you shopping cart. Once they are in your shopping cart you will be able to go back and edit your personalised details if you need to. Do not worry at this stage if your order contains any errors as you will have plenty of opportunity afterwards to make changes (See details of our free proofing service). Our online order system accepts all major credit and debit cards and is secured with advanced SSL technology. We have also had our security independently verified by leading internet security firm Trust Guard.
By Phone : If you would rather place your order
by phone please call us on (01296) 250300 and we can take the details of your order over the phone. You can then either pay by credit/debit card or else send
us a cheque or postal order made payable to "Christmas Cards Online". Once we have received your payment we will begin work on your proofs.
By Email : If you would rather place your order by email then simply email us details of your order, we will then send you an invoice via PayPal. Once we have received your payment we will begin work on your proofs.
Q2 - Can you explain how the complete
ordering to delivery process will work?

Q3 - What if I make a mistake when ordering,
can this be corrected later on?
Yes, of course. Please do not be concerned
that you do not have all of your details correct at the time of placing an
order. It can be very difficult to enter all the information perfectly on-line so we have a rigorous proofing process (see below). As a result of this you will have plenty of opportunity to make changes to your order before your christmas cards are finally printed. We will not send anything to the printers for final production until you have confirmed you are happy with the wording being used.
Q5 - What if I change my mind, what is your refund policy?
If you want to cancel your order at any time prior to the final production of your Christmas cards we will provide a full refund.
Q6 - I am not happy with the Christmas cards that I have received from you can I have my money back?
In the unlikely event that you have received your Christmas cards and are not happy with the quality of what has been produced we will offer a refund upon return of the order or alternatively we can have the order reprinted.
Q7 - Can you print Christmas cards in a language other than English?
Yes, this is no problem. If you want to have your cards printed in a language other than English just let us have details of the text and we can get it printed. If you would like Christmas cards in dual languages then just add the same cards to your shopping cart twice but specify different languages for each one. If you have any questions about this then send us an email.
Subject : Christmas Card Prices
Q1 - How can I be sure to get a good deal
from you?
Our prices are set at least 10% below the
manufacturers Recommended Retail Price (R.R.P), this ensures you get a great
deal when ordering your Christmas cards on-line. In addition to this we
offer an extensive (and free) proofing service to ensure that your order arrives at your door exactly as you want it. In addition we do not charge any "extras" for incorporating your company logo and/or digital images of your signatures.
Q2 - I have found the same Christmas cards cheaper elsewhere, can you beat their price?
We will certainly try! Some on-line retailers may offer the same Christmas cards at lower prices for short periods to try and attract customers. Ultimately we do not believe they can sustain these prices in the long term but we would be happy to try and match any of their offers.
Just let us know where you can find the same Christmas cards cheaper and if we can beat the price we will! So what have you got to lose?
Q3 - Do your Christmas cards come supplied with envelopes?
Yes, all the cards come supplied with matching envelopes at no additional cost.
Subject : Proofing process
Q1 - What is a proof?
A proof just shows what wording, logos and signatures etc will appear on your christmas cards. The proof will show the colour and style of the text you have chosen. See below to understand
our proofing process.
Q2 - I am a bit nervous about buying and specifying the wording for my Christmas cards on-line. How can I be sure that my final cards will not contain any errors?
We have a rigorous "proofing
process" to ensure that your cards arrive at your door exactly as you want
them.
If at any stage in this process you want to make changes then that is no problem. Changes to the wording, text colour or text style can be made at any time in the proofing process without incurring any additional costs.

Any personal details you provide to us are used solely for processing your order and will not be passed on to any third parties. Q1 - Can you send me examples of the wording that might be used in my Christmas cards?
Yes, of course. Sets of example greetings can be
downloaded from our website
Q2 - Can I specify my own wording?
Yes, we supply lots of example wording to help
make this easier but the wording to be used is your decision. You are free to
have whatever wording you like.
Subject : Personalisation of Cards
Q1 - Can I chose the ink colour used in my cards?
Yes, this can be specified when purchasing
and/or changed at any time during the proofing process.
Q2 - Can I chose the text style used in my Christmas Cards?
Yes, again this is specified at the time of purchase and/or changed at any time during the proofing process. The following text styles are currently being offered
Q3 - Can I include by Company logo in my Christmas Cards?
Yes, absolutely. You will need to supply us with an electronic copy of your logo for inclusion in your cards. To find out more about supplying these images click here.

Q1 - How quickly can you deliver my
christmas cards?

Q2 - When is the last date for Christmas card orders?
We are unable to guarantee acceptance of orders after 21st November 2008 (colour orders) and 5th December 2008 (black and white orders). However we are still likely to be able to accept orders after this date but the availablility of certain designs reduces. We will let you know soon after placing your order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. If you have any doubt then please give us a call or send us an email to confirm availability.
Subject : Charity Donations
Q1 - How much of the purchase price of my Christmas cards is donated to charity?
10p in respect of every Christmas card purchased is donated to the charity/charities of your choice.
Q2 - Can you let me know which charities you are supporting this year?
Yes, a complete list of all the charities that we are supporting in 2008 is shown on our website.
