Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009

To help us serve you better we carry out an annual customer satisfaction survey to highlight areas where we are doing well and where improvements can be made for next year. We are proud of the feedback we receive from our customers and want to share the results of the 2009 customer satisfaction survey with you. Our survey covers a number of important areas including the use of our website, the order process and the Christmas cards themselves. Our survey was conducted in early 2010 and 87 customers contributed to our results. The results of our survey are below:

How satisfied were you with the use of our website?

Here we are looking at Ease of use, range of cards, checkout process, delivery information, order process information and product information:
Our overall rating for the ease of use of our website was 4.5 out of 5. On the basis of the comments received last year we have worked hard to improve the usability of our website still further this year.

How satisfied were you with the order process?

Here we are looking at quality of communication, speed of delivery, response to order queries and timeliness of supplying proofs:
Our overall rating for our order process was 4.6 out of 5. We were particularly pleased with our rating of 4.8 out of 5 for the timeliness of producing proofs. We aim to deliver proofs in under 24 hours but have on occasion got this down to under 15 minutes from receipt of an order! Delivery speeds can sometimes be an issue because of pressure under which the entire postal system is placed at Christmas. However we will work ahard again this year to ensure items leave our factory as quickly as possible to aid timely delivery.

How satisfied were you with the quality of the Christmas cards?

Here we are monitoring packaging and delivery, envelope quality, layout of text/logos etc, quality of interior printing, price and quality of cards:
Our overall rating for the quality of our cards and envelopes was 4.6 out of 5. The rating given to quality of cards of 4.8 out of 5 is a reflection of the very high quality look and feel of all of our Christmas cards. In view of the tough economic conditions and our price rating of last year we have not increased our prices for 2009.

Rated Good or Excellent by 95% of our customers

As you can see an amazing 95% of our customers would rate us as either Good or Excellent and an amazing 55% of all customers rate us as Excellent.
