Preferred Image Formats

Your personalised Christmas Cards can include your company logo and/or a scanned version of your signatures (if you do not want to sign them all!). If you are supplying images for use in your Christmas Cards then please read the notes below:

Supplying Digital Artwork

If you are able to supply us with a digtial version of your logo and/or signatures then this is the preferred route. The minimum resolution that is likely to be suitably detailed for printing purposes is 600 dpi (dots per inch). Obviously we are only capable to reproducing images of the same quality of those provided. Therefore the better the quality of the image supplied, the better quality will be the final christmas cards.

Image Formats

We can work with a wide range of image formats including JPG, PDF, TIFF, EPS and some other formats in limited circumstances. Our preferred file formats are EPS and TIFF as these are likely to produce the highest quality output. Please note that images prepared for website use in GIF format are unlikely to be suitable for printing. If you are in any doubt contact us with what is available and we will be able to advise

Hardcopy artwork

If you do not have an electronic copy of your logo then we "might" be able to scan these images in from a paper copy. Again the quality of the resulting image will not be as good as if an electronic copy had been supplied. It is more likelty that we would be able to successfully scan your logo if you are to print in black and white. Again if you contact us after placing your order we can work out the best way forward
